uncomfortable bed unclean coffee machine

The bed wasn't very comfortable i seemed like i was sliding off to one side. The coffee machine wasn't clean it needed milk and sugar too. The check in staff didn't seem friendly i expected more for the price and location.

the location was superb for seeing the sights. the cleanliness was also very good throughout the hotel. the pillows were very comfortable.

i was given a room that felt a bit old and tired. the coffee machine was not working properly. it was also too warm in the room.

The location was great. It made exploring the area easy. I found the staff cute, and they quickly addressed a small issue. I received complimentary waters daily. It was a nice touch. I also appreciated the efficient air conditioning in my room.

The minibar was not filled completely. It was a minor inconvenience.

The location was definitely a highlight. It made exploring nearby attractions very convenient. The staff were also helpful when I needed assistance with directions.

The room was somewhat dated. The furniture showed noticeable signs of wear, and the bathroom fixtures looked old. noise from outside was audible in my room at night, which disturbed my sleep a little.

Fantastic stay near Leicester Square!

upgraded suite large bathroom plush towels great location

The team provided an upgrade to a suite when they could not meet our two-bed request, a great solution for us. The suite included a comfortable king bed and a convenient pull-out bed. The bathroom was quite large. It featured lots of plush towels and a heated towel rack. The hotel's location was fantastic, near numerous restaurants and shopping spots.

I found that the coffee machine was not very clean, and there was no milk or sugar left for making drinks.

wonderful stay!

early check-in good staff

the early check-in was convenient, great to drop our bags and start exploring. the staff was good, and breakfast featured great waiting staff who explained everything clearly! i did wish there was milk or sugar provided with the in-room water and coffee machine. seeing the wheel lit up at night was an amazing view.

I thought putting the wi-fi password in the rooms is needed, as i only noticed it upon checking out. This small addition would be really helpful !
